KWASHATE — the Kwara Edition of the national Hospitality & Tourism Excellence Awards (HTEA) — honors the hotels, restaurants, and individuals driving the growth of Kwara's tourism industry.
Over the years, the hospitality and tourism industry in Kwara State has grown significantly. At Drecot Consults, we recognized that many firms whose works are vital to the industry were not being sufficiently rewarded. We created KWASHATE to enlighten, educate, and recognize the firms and individuals who have worked tirelessly to achieve industry-leading success.
KWASHATE 2026 is a fully private-sector initiative — organized by Drecot Consults, in collaboration with industry partners and government stakeholders.
This is the highest symbol of excellence in Kwara's hospitality industry. At each edition, we present this gold trophy to the hotels, chefs, and tourism leaders who have gone above and beyond to serve their communities and build the state's economy.
